By signing up to The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.

You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that your payment processor account that you will use to sign up with The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System is owed by you. You must have a good understanding of the English language.

We have no tolerance of SPAM as a method of promoting your The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System in the future.

You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our E-books,& Software Downloads, and promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.

If you decide to terminate your membership in the future your membership fee will not be refunded. If we decide to discontinue our service you will not receive a refund of you membership fee.

All personal information is stored in the The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System permission to send you newsletters regarding our program.

All members can create as many accounts as they like using the same payment processor account. The system just requires different usernames and e-mail addresses. Anyone deemed trying to use the multiple accounts to cheat the system or compromise the integrity of The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System will be deleted and void any and all earnings and claims to them.(The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System Requires If You Are Purchasing Multiple Accounts To Please Make Sure You Can Get Your 5 People For Each Account!)

All members also agree to and optin twice to prevent charge backs of credit card purchases. 30 day money back garuantee on all standard products custom products are non refundable. Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All refunds processed with in 30 days after received. All Products refunded only if unused and in original packaging. All product have their original manufactuers warranty in effect. Once Ad Packages are excepted and approved they are not refundable.

If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join The WBQ Matrix Affiliate System. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated and their membership fee will not be refunded.
